· Performances begin on time and once
they have begun doors are closed and
entry into the hall is only allowed

· In the unlikely event of a change of
date, tickets are valid for new date
· Reimbursement of ticket price will only
occur in the following circumstances:
a) If the performance cannot take
place in the place, or on the
date/at the time scheduled
b) If there is a change of main artist(s) or
if the performance is interrupted. However,
should this happen after the performance has
begun due to reasons which are beyond our
control, no reimbursement will take place.
· The taking of photographs and
any other recording of image or
sound is strictly prohibited
· Mobile phones and other devices with
an audible signal must be switched
off before the performance begins.
· Smoking is not allowed
inside Casa da Música
· Glasses and bottles etc must be
not taken from the bars/restaurants
into the concert halls
· Decree Law nº 396/82, 21st September
stipulates that music concerts are for
audiences "over 3 years of age" (art. 4,
nº1), except when otherwise indicated by the
